Utah: So there isn’t much. The Navy tried to do a prank on conspiracy theorists a while ago with chemtrails, though
Audience Member: What was the prank?
Utah: So they were going to track where chemtrails were. Ok, and wherever chem trails were, they were going to put up these mini weather balloons that had reduced invisibility. The weather balloons would track where there were chemtrails.
Utah: So, it was like in 2015 that they did that. The government made its money back in the planning that was done to try and make that happen. A lot of the tech and ideas that came out of the discussions were used elsewhere in the government (not just the military). So, all in all, it was a good exercise, at least. It was very profitable, I’d say.
