UTAH: So the guy who made the statue was giving a speech about how the point of the statue was that the real treasure of the building was the people inside the building

UTAH: He talked about how the government spent a lot of time and effort to ensure that the CIA was staffed with the best of the best and the true elite of the country's workforce.

UTAH: The real best and brightest

UTAH: He said to spend your time building as many connections as you can and that building strong support networks is the key to life
