GENERAL: Thank you for welcoming us into your court, King. Now that you know we mean no harm, let's take a moment to discuss something we saw on our way here.

KING: Was it those people who live out in the forests outside the gate?

GENERAL: Yes.

KING: So people from your land always ask about them first. They've paid tribute to my family and me for as long as I can remember.

GENERAL: I believe they are criminals who are fleeing from paying taxes or tribute to the Russian royal family.

KING: Everyone says that. I don't understand the issue. They have always paid tribute to me, but I have doubts myself. They don't speak Swedish well and can't read it.

KING: Sometimes, parents come to the gates and ask if their children, who are too young to talk, can play with them.
