FITZ: So you guys are like general's, but for the Russian military?

RUSSIAN GENERAL: That's correct

RUSSIAN GENERAL: Is this your first black tie affair for the military?

FITZ: Why do we say 'black tie affair' when we have to wear tuxes?

RUSSIAN GENERAL: Is that not the correct phrase?

FITZ: I was wondering the same dang thing myself.

FITZ: I have no idea who to ask

FITZ: I wish I could look something like that up on a computer

RUSSIAN GENERAL: We have computers

RUSSIAN GENERAL: We'd like to work with America more using those instead of sending mail though

FITZ: Really? I did not know that

RUSSIAN GENERAL: We're particularly interested in working with your Department of Justice

RUSSIAN GENERAL: We'd like some of our countries criminal prosecuters to meet some of yours.
